South African seamer Shaun Pollock took the first five wickets as Pakistan were dismissed for 153 in the fifth one-day international in Johannesburg.

Pollock conceded just 23 runs from his 10 overs and his initial burst saw Pakistan struggling at 83-6.

However, Shoaib Malik organised some late resistance to enable Pakistan to set some sort of target.

He top scored for the tourists, who won the toss and elected to bat, with an unbeaten 43.

Pollock started his fine spell with a wicket maiden and then removed key men Imran Nazir, Younis Khan and Mohammad Yousuf.

The veteran seamer's haul was completed when captain Inzamam-ul-Haq fended a short ball to second slip.
