25 names for South Africa tour training camp announced

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Cricket Board Selection Committee announced Monday the names of 25 players for the training camp held for South Africa tour.

Fast bowlers Shoaib Akhter and Muhammad Asif were named among the 25 probable players for the tour to South Africa starting next month.

The Chairman National Selection Committee Wasim Bari has announced the names of these 25 players for the camp training starting on December 27 at Lahore for the preparation of South Africa tour.

The players are directed to report at National Cricket Academy here on December 26.

The 25 probables:--Imran Farhat, Muhammad Hafeez, Yasir Hameed, Salman Butt, Younis Khan, Muhammad Yousaf, Inzimamul Haq, Shoaib Malik, Faisal Iqbal, Asim Kamal, Abdul Razzaq, Kamran Akmal, Danish Kaneria, Abdul Rehman, Shoaib Akhter, Muhammad Asif, Shahid Nazir, Rana Naveed, Umar Gul, Muhammad Sami, Rao Iftikhar, Shahid Afridi, Zulqarnain Haider, Yasir Arafat and Shabbir Ahmed.
